Oldham Athletic have been stronger and stronger as the season has gone on, following their promotion via the National League playoffs last season. The Latics head into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat of Harrogate Town the other day extending their winning streak to four matches in League Two.
Notts County begin this clash sitting just two points outside of the top three and the automatic promotion spots. The Magpies have won three of their last four matches in the fourth-tier after they produced a 5-2 demolition of Cheltenham Town the other day, a few days after a 4-0 win against Accrington Stanley.
Notts County are playing extremely well at the moment, while Oldham themselves are in good form and so both teams scoring may well be a good bet for this one.
