Norwich vs Walsall prediction

Ever since the departure of Liam Manning a couple of months ago, Norwich City have been much-improved as they try and climb out of the bottom three and the relegation places. The Canaries did suffer a fairly comfortable 2-0 defeat to Stoke City at Carrow Road last weekend due to strikes from Sam Gallagher and Sorba Thomas.

They now face a Walsall side that, for a second season running, are threating to majorly throw away a hefty lead at the top-of-the-table to miss out on promotion from League Two. Mat Sadler’s Saddlers suffered a 2-0 loss to Cambridge United on New Year’s Day and they have now managed just one win in their last five matches in League Two.

Walsall simply must get up this season and so will likely rotate here and so a fairly comfortable Norwich victory is to be expected for this one in Norfolk.
