In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round tie at Richmond Park in Dublin last week, Saint Patrick’s Athletic edged past Nomme Kalju by a goal to nil. In the second-half, both Rommi Siht and Danyl Mashchenko were sent off for the Estonians, before Chris Forrester snatched the game for the Irish in second-half stoppage-time.
Nomme Kalju managed to edge past Partizani Tirana in the first qualifying round earlier this month, whilst the Irish outfit eventually defeated Lithuanian side Hegelmann by three goals to nil on aggregate, too.
Nomme Kalju will believe they have a good chance of overturning this at home, but they have some key men suspended and St Pat’s will be keen to ensure it is a low-scoring encounter.
