The Newcastle Jets come into this one on the back of a 2-1 loss to the Wellington Phoenix at the Wellington Regional Stadium in New Zealand last weekend. Their only victories this season have come against struggling Perth Glory and mid-table Macarthur so far. They now face a Sydney side that have been underwhelming and inconsistent throughout this campaign but they did manage to hammer ten-man Melbourne Victory by three goals to nil in their most recent outing last weekend and a double chance bet in favour of Sydney looks the way to go for this one.
