Napoli vs Sporting CP prediction

Antonio Conte has done a brilliant job in domestic competitions, but he has never really cracked it in the UEFA Champions League. His Napoli side began their European campaign with a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City in their opener, albeit the Partenopei did go down to ten men in the first-half of that clash at the Etihad Stadium.

They now face a Sporting CP side that, embarking upon a new era, are in a real fight against Porto to reclaim the Portuguese title, but the Lisbon giants did get their UEFA Champions League season off to a good start as they dispatched of Kazakh champions Kairat Almaty by four goals to nil a couple of weeks ago.

Sporting will head down to Naples looking to spring on the counter attack, and Conte has bemoaned having a small squad, and so a surprise away win, or at least the avoidance of defeat, would seem good value.

Napoli vs Sporting CP Tip: Double chance – Sporting CP to win or draw
