In the semi-finals of the Supercoppa Italiana at Al Awwal Park in Riyadh the other day, Napoli managed to ease to a surprisingly comfortable 2-0 victory over AC Milan with goals in either half scored by David Neres and then Rasmus Hojlund.
The Neapolitans, under the management of Antonio Conte, have been some way off their relentless best that won them their fourth Italian title last season, but they are only two points behind Internazionale at the top after a 1-0 loss to Udinese last week.

Coached by Vincenzo Italiano, Bologna ended their 50-year trophy drought with the Coppa Italia last season and, as they compete for a top four finish in Serie A, they have a brilliant chance to add another piece of silverware this week.
After a three-match winless run of form in Serie A, Bologna managed to defeat Inter on penalties in the semi-finals of the Supercoppa Italiana after a 1-1 draw in which Riccardo Orsolini had cancelled out Marcus Thuram’s opener.
