Nantes vs Nice prediction

Nantes come into this one on the back of a 2-1 loss at home to Paris FC at Stade de la Beaujoire in their most recent outing, last weekend. Ahmed Kantari replaced Luis Castro in the mid-season winter break in Ligue 1, and it had begun well with a 2-0 victory away at Olympique de Marseille a few weeks ago in his first game.

They now face a Nice side that have been neglected by INEOS with the Manchester United ownership group having built a very average squad at the Allianz Riviera. Their 3-1 victory over the Go Ahead Eagles in the UEFA Europa League in midweek extended a winless run in 11 games in both Ligue 1 and European competition.

Nice head to Stade de la Beaujoire with a bit of newfound confidence after a victory the other day but, with home advantage, siding with Nantes would appear the way to go for this one.

Nantes vs Nice tip: Double chance – Nantes to win or draw
