Mozambique preview: Solid Mozambique
After some reasonable improvement of late, Mozambique headed into the so-called ‘group of death’ as the minnows but they head into the final group game well in the hunt for the knockout stages.
Mozambique recovered from a slender 1-0 defeat to defending champions the Ivory Coast by beating Gabon by three goals to two in a thrilling and topsy turvy encounter at Stade Adrar in Agadir.
Cameroon preview: Chaotic Cameroonians
Prior to the tournament, after being knocked out of FIFA World Cup qualification in the playoffs in mid-November, Cameroon have had chaos behind the scenes with Marc Brys sacked but still naming his squad before finally accepting he wasn’t the manager.
Amid that chaos, the Cameroonians edged past the Gabonese in their opening game of the group stages by a goal to nil before sharing a 1-1 draw with the Ivorians the other day, courtesy of a Ghislain Konan own goal in the 56th minute.
Mozambique team news: Fully fit

Cameroon team news: No injuries
There were some controversial names left out of the squad, such as Andre Onana, but Cameroon are not understood to have any fresh injury concerns as they take on Mozambique.
Predicted XI (3-4-3): Epassy; Malone Junior, Kotto, Tolo; Tchamadeu, Baleba, Avom, Yongwa; Mbeumo, Kofane, Loader

Mozambique vs Cameroon prediction
With Sunderland defender Reinildo at the back, formerly of Atletico Madrid, Mozambique have been able to majorly improve in recent years with a steady defensive record and an ability to suffocate their opposition. They face a Cameroonian side that are in flux and dealing with plenty of things, both on and off the pitch, off the cuff, but they have to be viewed as slight favourites even in a likely hard-fought clash.
Mozambique vs Cameroon tip: Cameroon to win & under 3.5 goals
