Morocco vs Tanzania prediction

Morocco enter this AFCON last-16 tie as clear favourites after cruising through the group stage, including a dominant 3-0 win over Zambia that underlined their status as serious contenders on home soil. Walid Regragui’s side have been outstanding defensively, conceding just once in three group games.

Tanzania deserve credit for reaching the knockouts but face a significant step up in class here. They qualified for the knockout stages despite picking up only two points in their group, following defeat to Nigeria with 1-1 draws against both Tunisia and Uganda.

They may have scored in all three matches, but Morocco look capable of keeping them score-less here.

Morocco vs Tanzania tip: Morocco to win to nil
