Monterrey and Nashville likely haven’t done enough to qualify for the last eight, regardless of who comes out on top here, but both will want to end the league phase with a victory. Monterrey took down Inter Miami last time out, whilst Nashville dispatched of San Luis, winning by four goals to one. Both need a win to stand a slight chance of getting through.
Expect an open contest as the two teams each really go for it from an attacking perspective and we should see numerous chances at either end of the field. Over the course of 90 minutes, it would be a surprise if both teams did not find the net, regardless of who grabs victory.
