ANDRE PETROSKI VS DYLAN BUDKA LOWDOWN
Andre Petroski is a 33-year-old American bringing an 11-3 record into what will be eighth fight in the UFC. After suffering back-to-back TKO losses, he bounced back last time out against Josh Friend just eight weeks ago winning a unanimous decision. He has typically been an active fighter and he will relish the quick turnaround here.
He meets Dylan Budka, a 24-year-old nicknamed ‘The Mindless Hulk’. In his relatively short professional MMA career, Budka has fought ten times in a three-year span. After graduating through Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2023, he was TKO’d on his debut against Cesar Almeida so he will be desperate to get his first win in the Octagon.
ANDRE PETROSKI VS DYLAN BUDKA PREDICTION
This could potentially be something a mismatch with Andre Petroski clearly having fought at a higher level than Budka and possessing way more experience. That said, both have shown a vulnerability to be knocked out so Budka has a puncher’s chance as much as anybody.
Petroski is well-rounded and is equally adept on his feet as he is on the ground. He should have far too much skill for Budka but all three of his losses have come via KO/TKO.
After being TKO’d himself last time out on his UFC debut, Budka may be a little more conservative here and look to outwork his opponent who is nine years older than him.
Ultimately however, we fancy Petrovski to have enough experience to handle Budka and to get a second successive win under his belt.
PREDICTION: Andre Petrovski to win
