MK Dons vs Grimsby prediction

Milton Keynes Dons were red hot pre-season promotion favourites and they have started the season well, with very few chances conceded and some excellent performances put in. However, MK Dons did suffer their first defeat of the League Two season last weekend, with a 1-0 loss to Walsall at Stadium: MK last weekend.

They face a Grimsby Town side that are still riding the wave of defeating Manchester United on penalties in the second round of the EFL Cup about ten days ago at Blundell Park. The Marines, with Dave Artell at the helm, have started this season well but they suffered a surprise home defeat to Bristol Rovers last weekend.

These are two strong sides with a lot of talent at both ends of the pitch, but MK Dons can control pretty much any opponent, and they should be sided with against Grimsby.

MK Dons vs Grimsby tip: Double chance – MK Dons to win or draw
