Midtjylland sit tucked inside the top 24 of the league phase but there is a bit of jeopardy as they take on a Fenerbahce side that are one of the most threatened in terms of falling out this week.

Midtjylland vs Fenerbahce Prediction

Midtjylland have managed to create a steady UEFA Europa League campaign with three victories, a draw and three defeats, whilst Fenerbahce could face elimination this week.

The Danes come into this one on the back of ending a three-match losing streak in this competition by defeating Bulgarian champions Ludogorets Razgrad away from home by two goals to nil thanks to goals from Dario Osorio and Viktor Andreasen last week. They are tucked inside the top 24 ahead of the final match day.

Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has managed to avoid a heap of criticism from Fenerbahce supporters for the large part this season despite the fact they have massively regressed since his appointment. The Istanbul giants shared a goalless draw with Olympique Lyonnais in Istanbul last week to mean they could do with a win here or face going out.

Fenerbahce have managed just two victories in their seven UEFA Europa League matches so far this season with just seven goals scored, which is the same amount as Midtjylland and so a low-scoring affair is to be expected for this one in Denmark.

Midtjylland vs Fenerbahce Tip: Under 2.5 goals
