Mexico come into this one on the back of a couple of friendlies against Australia in Australia back in June, winning the first game in Newcastle before losing 3-1 in Sydney – a result that ended a nine-match winning streak since October last year.
Jamaica, ranked 41st in the world under the management of Hubert Busby Jr, have scored 31 goals in five wins since losing 7-0 to England last year, albeit 18 of those came against Dominica in Saint Lucia in November.
The Reggae Girlz will be content with their form in the last 12 months but this is a step up and a comfortable Mexican victory is to be expected, especially with their home advantage.
