Mexico vs Argentina prediction

Both Mexico and Argentina racked up four goals in their respective round of 16 victories, Mexico knocking out tournament hosts Chile by four goals to one, whilst Argentina were comprehensive 4-0 winners over Nigeria. This sets up a quarter-final clash between the Group D winners and Group C runners-up.

Whilst neither of these two nations have tasted defeat yet over the course of the tournament, Argentina have maintained a 100% record with four wins from four and continue to look utterly dominant. If they can replicate their performance levels that we’ve seen from them, then they should wind up too good for Mexico in this one.

Mexico vs Argentina tip: Argentina to win
