Metz vs Marseille prediction

Very much a yo-yo club in recent seasons, Metz are already looking like one of the prime candidates to head back to Ligue 2 given that they are bottom of the league with no wins to their name after the first six games of the campaign.

Stephane Le Mignan's side most recently played out a goalless draw with fellow strugglers Le Havre, which did little to improve their standing.

By contrast, Marseille are full of confidence right now with a comeback win away to Strasbourg last Friday followed with a resounding 4-0 thumping of Ajax in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.

The visitors are the obvious choice here, so consider backing them to be leading at both half-time and full-time for extra value.

Metz vs Marseille tip: Double result – Marseille / Marseille
