Melbourne Storm vs Manly Sea Eagles prediction

The Melbourne Storm (2nd) are on a six-game winning streak after a clinical 32-14 victory over the Newcastle Knights last week. Their form has once more established them as a genuine premiership contender.

The Manly Sea Eagles (7th) are coming off a bye. Their last match was a convincing 30-12 win against the South Sydney Rabbitohs, their second win in a row.

Melbourne has won their last 10 games at home. Their last home loss was in Round 22, 2024 against the Dragons.

Sea Eagles winger Reuben Garrick has been instrumental for Manly, leading the club's point-scoring with 160 points and sitting as their equal-top try-scorer with 11 tries.

Melbourne holds a strong 27-18 advantage over Manly in their head-to-head history. They continued this dominance with a comfortable 48-24 win against the Sea Eagles in Round 5 this year.

The loss of Papenhuyzen is a disruption for the Storm, but their formidable record at home still make them favourites. Manly will need to be at their absolute best to cause an upset.

Melbourne Storm vs Manly Sea Eagles tip: Melbourne Storm to win by 10+ points
