Victory for Melbourne City against Perth Glory would see them climb into the top three, at least temporarily.

Melbourne City vs Perth Glory prediction

Melbourne City should boss much of the proceedings here, especially when considering that their opponents Perth Glory are coming off the back of successive home defeats which saw them shut out on each occasion, losing by a single goal to both Sydney FC and Adelaide United respectively. When taking into account that Melbourne City average less than a goal conceded per league game this season, that doesn’t bode well for the Glory.

It's hard to see Perth getting anything out of this one when you factor in their sheer lack of cutting edge up top. Melbourne City have struggled themselves from an attacking perspective in recent weeks but should boast enough firepower to edge out the visitors here.
