Mauritania vs Burkina Faso prediction

Mauritania currently have four points to their name after three Group B matches. That’s enough to see them in second-place for now but with other nations having played less games, Mauritania’s position is precarious. Burkina Faso for example, would overtake them with a win here after having beaten Central African Republic 4-2 last time out.

Despite that goal glut, there is unlikely to be as much action here from an offensive standpoint. All three games involving Mauritania so far have seen no more than a single goal scored and they will likely deploy a defensive style of play here in what is their final group match, knowing that defeat would knock them out. With that in mind, backing under 2.5 goals scored warrants serious consideration.

Mauritania vs Burkina Faso tip: Under 2.5 goals
