Malta vs Bosnia-Herzegovina prediction

Malta come into this one on the back of a 4-0 defeat at home to the Netherlands the other day but their performance was a lot steadier and better than that result would suggest. The Maltese have been improving and becoming more competitive over the last few years.

They now face a Bosnia-Herzegovina side that most recently shared an entertaining 2-2 draw against Cyprus in Nicosia the other day. It was very frustrating for the Bosnians, who have now more or less given up hope on 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification, after they had led by two goals to nil in that match.

Malta have improved and have home advantage so may fancy their chances of scoring, but Bosnia are still the obvious firm favourites for this friendly this weekend.
