Lyon vs Nice prediction

With Paulo Fonseca at the helm, Lyon begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting tucked inside the top three and the European spots. They continued their excellent form with a 1-0 win against Nantes at Stade de la Beaujoire last weekend, meaning that they have now enjoyed a 12-match winning streak across all competitions.

They now face a Nice side that, in spite of the running of the club by INEOS, have begun to show some real fight of late with Franck Haise finding form. The visitors’ goalless draw with Monaco in the Derby de la Cote d’Azur last week means that they have now suffered just two defeats in their last ten matches.

Nice have been much-improved of late, albeit still fallible, but they now come up against one of the in-form teams in Europe and Lyon, especially at home, should come out on top.

Lyon vs Nice tip: Lyon to win
