Luton Town, following their relegation from the Premier League last season, are fighting against back-to-back relegations as they take on a desperately out of form Blackburn Rovers side.

Luton vs Blackburn prediction

Coached by former Wycombe Wanderers boss Matt Bloomfield, Luton Town have struggled to turn around their awful first-half of the campaign but the Hatters have steadied themselves of late. Following their 1-1 draw with Leeds United last weekend, they shared a 1-1 draw with Stoke City in midweek and are now unbeaten in their last five with one loss in their last seven.

They now face a Blackburn Rovers side that basically had their season ended by the departure of John Eustace to Derby County and subsequently underwhelming appointment of former Barnsley and West Bromwich Albion boss Valerian Ismael. Their 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday in midweek ended what was a five-match losing streak.

Despite ending that aforementioned losing streak, Rovers remain winless in their last eight games and an in-form, highly motivated Luton side at Kenilworth Road should win this one.
