Lithuania vs Armenia prediction

Lithuania have so far not given their fans in Kaunas enough to cheer about, with just a point from their two games played so far. An entertaining 3-3 draw with Czechia was followed up by a demoralising 4-1 loss at the hands of Ukraine to leave them on the brink of elimination. They now must beat Armenia, who sit top of Group B on six points with their place in the next round already assured.

Whilst there is the possibility of Lithuania not playing as hard in this match with not as much at stake for them, the carrot of finishing top of the group combined with the momentum that comes with winning three in a row should serve as enough motivation for them to overcome a Lithuanian side who’ve given up seven goals across two games so far. Therefore, consider backing Armenia in this one.
