Lille vs Strasbourg prediction

Bruno Genesio and his Lille are a very good team and they are good to watch with their 18 Ligue 1 matches having consisted of 58 goals. However, the northerners are in poor form of late with their 2-1 defeat to Celta Vigo at Balaidos the other day extending their losing streak to four matches across all competitions.

Strasbourg have undergone a change in management this month with Liam Rosenior, now at Chelsea, having been replaced by former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Gary O’Neil. The Alsace-based outfit have begun the O’Neil reign with a 6-0 hammering of Avranches in the Coupe de France before a 2-1 win against Metz.

Strasbourg play some of the more attacking football in France and so both teams scoring would appear a good bet for this one in the north of the country.
