Leyton Orient vs Stockport prediction

Leyton Orient got the better of Stockport County on penalties in the playoffs last year before defeat to Charlton Athletic at Wembley Stadium. The O’s have lost several key players this summer but have replaced reasonably well. They were humiliated 3-0 by Huddersfield Town on opening day before a comfortable win over Wigan Athletic.

Stockport County haven’t necessarily played too well just yet, and yet they are on six points from six. The Hatters defeated Bolton Wanderers by two goals to nil at Edgeley Park, before then defeating Wycombe Wanderers by two goals to one at Adams Park. They then hammered Crewe Alexandra 3-1 in the first round of the EFL Cup in midweek.

Leyton Orient and Stockport County are two entertaining sides with an abundance of attacking talent and, much like their playoff semi-final last season, this should be a fun watch.
