Levski Sofia vs Ludogorets prediction

Levski Sofia finished as runners’ up in the Bulgarian First League last season and, under the management of Spanish coach Julio Velasquez, have built on that as they now sit at the top-of-the-table in the Bulgarian First League at the moment.

They face a Ludogorets Razgrad side that did manage to squeeze themselves into the top 24 of the league phase of the UEFA Europa League the other day, courtesy of a 1-0 win over Nice, courtesy of a Petar Stanic winner in the 42nd minute.

Ludogorets are up and running for competitive football after the mid-season winter break and that may well give them the edge against the current league leaders.
