Lens preview: Strong Lens
Over the summer, Lens lost manager Will Still to Southampton and he was replaced by former Olympique Lyonnais boss Pierre Sage as the northerners try and push for a top seven finish and European qualification in Ligue 1.
Lens come into this one on the back of winning four of their opening seven matches. They most recently defeated Auxerre by two goals to one, courtesy of goals from Odsonne Edouard and Abdallah Sima.
Paris preview: Ambitious Parisiens
Following their promotion to the top-flight, Paris FC went about an ambitious and reasonably big spending summer transfer window under the management of Stephane Gilli.
They started the season slowly but have steadily grown and sit in the top-half of the table, most recently defeating Lorient by two goals to nil a couple of weeks ago, courtesy of goals from Ilan Kebbal and Jean-Philippe Krasso.

The aforementioned Odsonne Edouard is a doubt for this weekend, whilst Pierre Gandiou is now missing through suspension and Deiver Machado is also a doubt.

There are no fresh injury concerns or suspension issues for the Parisiens to deal with this weekend as only striker Pierre-Yves Hamel is a doubt due to a hamstring injury.

Lens vs Paris prediction
With their home advantage at Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Lens will be expected to get themselves on the front foot. They are still engrained into the cautious and pragmatic style of Still, despite improvements made under Sage. Paris will head to the north with an awareness that they can create with regularity in the top-flight and both teams scoring may well be a good bet for this one.
Lens vs Paris tip: Lens to win & both teams to score
