Leigh Leopards vs Leeds Rhinos prediction

Two play-off sides in 2025, there are big ambitions this season for both Leigh Leopards and Leeds Rhinos, who finished third and fourth-place respectively last year. However, it’s the Rhinos who have dominated the recent head-to-head record between the two clubs, beating Leigh in each of their last four fixtures against each other in Super League.

Adrian Lam is building something really good at Leigh Leopards and everyone is bought in. It would be no surprise if they improve even more as a group and this winds up being the year that they emerge with silverware for the first time since their Challenge Cup win in 2023. It’s also the final season they will have Owen Trout before he goes to the NRL, so it’s crucial that they take advantage.

Leeds Rhinos are another team capable of potentially contending but with the sheer number of injuries they currently have, it does feel a little bit like the start of the new campaign has come at the wrong time for them and it may be that the Rhinos begin to really start clicking later into the season. With that in mind, consider backing the Leopards here to end their recent poor record against this team.
