Lecce Preview: Lacklustre Lecce
Lecce pulled off something of a great escape in Serie A last season under the management of Luca Gotti but he has since been sacked and replaced by Marco Giampaoli but performances and results have stagnated since a bright start to the Giampaolo reign.
The Apulia-based club come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Juventus at the Allianz Stadium in Turin last weekend in a game in which they were 2-0 down inside 33 minutes before scoring a late consolation goal via Federico Baschirotto.
Como Preview: Cesc’s Como
In Como’s 32 Serie A matches have consisted of 88 goals and they have been entertaining to watch throughout the campaign under the management of Cesc Fabregas on the back of a couple of impressive transfer windows in the summer and the winter.
Como come into this one on the back of back-to-back victories, too, most recently defeating Torino by a goal to nil at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia thanks to a 38th minute strike from Greece international attacker Anastasios Douvikas.
