AC Milan Team News: Pavlovic suspension

England international Kyle Walker has returned from injury for AC Milan so should be involved down in Lecce this week. They are now without Serbia international defender Strahinja Pavlovic, though, as he is missing due to suspension.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Walker, Gabbia, Tomori, Hernandez; Musah, Fofana; Pulisic, Reijnders, Leao; Santiago Gimenez

Lecce vs AC Milan Prediction

Lecce replaced Luca Gotti with Marco Giampaolo a couple of months ago and results and performances did immediately improve under Lecce. The Apulia-based club have now gone on a four-match winless run of form as they hover above the bottom three. However, despite coming from behind in both the semi-final and final of the Supercoppa Italiana to win that trophy in Sergio Conceicao’s first two matches in charge of the Rossoneri to kick off 2025, they have been extremely poor ever since with UEFA Champions League elimination to Feyenoord combining with their drift down the Serie A table. This is expected to be a really average and weak game of football between two managers under pressure and a low-scoring affair is to be expected for this one down south.

Lecce vs AC Milan Tip: Under 2.5 goals
