LDU Quito vs Flamengo prediction

LDU Quito have collected four points with a win and a draw in their opening two matches of the CONMBEOL Copa Libertadores group stage campaign. The Ecuadorians drew with Central Cordoba before a victory over Deportivo Tachira in this competition and most recently eased past Aucas in the Ecuadorian Serie A at the weekend.

They now face a Flamengo that won the Copa do Brasil under the management of Filipe Luis a couple of months ago and the start to his coaching career has been a very impressive one for former the former Chelsea left-back. The Brazilians have enjoyed three games without a defeat or conceding a goal since losing at home to Central Cordoba in this tournament.

LDU Quito will fancy themselves with their home advantage for this week but the impressive defensive record for Flamengo would suggest a low-scoring affair for this group stage affair.

LDU Quito vs Flamengo tip: Under 3.5 goals
