Lazio vs Ludogorets Prediction

Lazio have started their Europa League campaign in sensational form having won all four matches so far. They are the only team with a 100% winning record and that is something that will want to preserve as they welcome Ludogorets to the Italian capital.

Coach Marco Baroni is expected to take this opportunity to make a whole raft of changes with as many as seven expected and potentially more. Regulars such as Guendouzi and Vecino are tipped to start in midfield but the rest of the team is expected to see fringe players get their chance. They still have plenty of quality in the team however and they will still expect to win.

Ludogorets are flying in the Bulgarian top-flight as they sit seven points clear at the summit. Their Europa League form has not been as good however and they remain winless after four matches. They have had some tricky matches against the likes of Slavia Praha, Plzen, Anderlecht and Athletic Club but they would have hoped to have done better in some of those matches rather than picking up a solitary point against Plzen.

This is not the match where they are likely to turn things around however. Despite Lazio rotating their pack, they should still have enough quality to get the win but approach this one with caution. Ludogorets have only managed one goal so far in four matches and Lazio’s changes may lead to a disjointed display. We can see a low-scoring match here and we are tempted to add under 3.5 goals to our accumulator.

Lazio vs Ludogorets Tip: Under 3.5 goals
