Kosovo vs Austria prediction

The last time these two sides faced off in late September, Austria put on a late show in Linz to emerge as 3-1 winners after having been held to a 1-1 draw right up to the 90th minute. Ralf Rangnick’s side found a way though, and they’ll hope to do the same in Pristina. Kosovo are a stronger team at home however, the only game so far on their patch having ended in a 1-0 victory over the Republic of Ireland.

When Austria play, we usually see goals. A staple under the attacking Rangnick, Austria’s three games played so far in their League C group have seen over 3.5 goals scored in each one. With Kosovo needing three points to draw level on points with Austria, it would be no surprise to see them look to play with more offensive urgency, even if it means sacrificing some defensive stability. Therefore, we may be in for an exciting encounter and another match with plenty of goals.

Kosovo vs Austria tip: Over 3.5 goals
