Korea DPR vs Japan prediction

Korea DPR are one win away from matching their best ever finish at the FIFA U-17 World Cup, that being a quarter-final placement back in 2005. For Japan, they have the chance to become three-time quarter-finalists and it would be no surprise when considering the incredible crop of youngsters that they have coming through in what is a hugely successful period for Japanese football across all ages.

Focusing on this contest specifically, Japan played so well against South Africa in the round of 32 and a similar performance here would be really tough for Korea DPR to overcome. But this is a side who managed to earn a draw vs Germany in the group stage, so they’ve shown their worth already. Despite this though, Japan have to be favoured.
