KI vs HB prediction

Klaksvikar Itrottarfelag, under the management of former Sweden youth international midfielder Magnus Powell, were crowned unbeaten champions of the ten-team Faroese Premier League last season.

They finished nine points clear 24-time champions of the Faroe Islands, Havnar Boltfelag. The capital city based outfit were also beaten by KI in the cup final, having won the previous two editions.

The curtain raiser in Faroese football does feature what appears to be two evenly matched sides and the lack of competitive football ahead of this one does mean there is an expectation it may well be a tight and low-scoring encounter.

KI vs HB tip: Under 2.5 goals
