Kick-off date/time:

How to watch on TV: UK – Not televised / US – Not televised

How to watch online: UK – FIFA+ / US – FIFA+

Key Stats

  • Côte d'Ivoire have lost only one of their last 15 World Cup qualifying matches (W11 D3). They are unbeaten in nine matches in the current campaign (W7 D2) without conceding a goal.
  • Côte d'Ivoire have won 16 of their last 19 World Cup qualifying matches at home (D1 L2).
  • Kenya have won their last two World Cup qualifying matches without conceding a goal. They are aiming to win three successive matches for the first time in FWCQ history.

Ivory Coast vs Kenya Prediction

The Ivory Coast come into this one on the back of sitting at the top of their group, two points clear of a strong Gabon side. They hammered the Seychelles by seven goals to nil the other day. Les Elephants have yet to concede a goal in qualification as they try and return to the FIFA World Cup next summer.

Kenya come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 loss to Burundi in their most recent outing last week. The Kenyans have managed three victories, three draws and three defeats in their nine qualifiers. They have perhaps been more entertaining to watch than was to be expected in this campaign.

Kenya head to Abidjan looking to try and be stubborn and competitive but the Ivory Coast should finally reach the 48-team tournament next summer.

Ivory Coast vs Kenya Tip: Ivory Coast to win to nil
