Inter Miami vs Necaxa Prediction
In the first game of the 2025 Leagues Cup, Inter Miami defeated Atlas by two goals to one, courtesy of a second-half stoppage-time winner scored by Marcel Weigandt. Javier Mascherano’s Floridians have been very impressive in the last couple of months with just two defeats in their last 14 matches across all competitions.
They now face a Necaxa side that began their campaign with an impressive 3-1 defeat of Atlanta United at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Georgia last week. It was 1-1 until late on in that game, before the Mexicans managed to snatch the victory thanks to a brace scored by second-half substitute Tomas Badaloni.
Inter Miami will believe they can again see off their Mexican opposition with home advantage, but it proves to be an intriguing and entertaining encounter this midweek.
