Hungary come into this one on the back of dominating their League C group in the UEFA Women’s Nations League earlier this year, heading into this one on the back of five successive victories whereby they have scored 21 goals in the process.

The Netherlands were drawn into a tough group alongside Poland, France and the Republic of Ireland; and the Dutch ended up finishing third in that League A group. They have lost just once since being knocked out in the group stages of UEFA EURO 2025.

The Netherlands need to rediscover something over this international break but they really should come out on top in both legs of this play-off.
