Hull KR vs Wakefield Trinity prediction

Hull KR’s position in the table may not be satisfactory right now but it’s important to note that they’ve only played 16 games, the least of any team in Super League. The World Club Challenge plus the Challenge Cup have led to a fixture backlog and the expectation is that the reigning champions will start climbing back up the table as those games get fulfilled.

Wakefield Trinity being inside the top four is justified when considering how well they’ve performed all year so far and 12 wins from 17 games proves it. They’ve registered 113 points across their last three matches, each of which ended in victory and such offensive potency will hugely challenge Hull KR.

Factor in the ultra-attacking style of play drilled into the hosts by their head coach and this has all the makings of a high-scoring battle. Consider backing over 48.5 points to be scored regardless of the final outcome.

Hull KR vs Wakefield Trinity tip: Over 48.5 total points
