Huddersfield vs Bolton prediction

These are two clubs and two teams that will believe they belong at a higher level than the third-tier but both collapsed to a mid-table finish last season and neither have been overly and consistently convincing in the opening months of this campaign.

Huddersfield Town, coached by rookie boss Lee Grant, come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat at home to ten-man Stockport County before the October international break. They now face a Bolton Wanderers side that, at their best, are perhaps the best team in the league but the Trotters have too low a floor, as was shown in their 3-0 loss to Burton Albion at the Pirelli Stadium last weekend.

Neither of these sides have lacked much cohesion at the back and both can be stifled easily in attack but it could be a game of desperation that ends up being end-to-end.

Huddersfield vs Bolton tip: Both teams to score
