Hong Kong vs Nepal prediction

Coached by former Manchester United academy graduate Ashley Westwood, Hong Kong come into this one on the back of a 3-1 loss to the Red Devils in a friendly the other day, in a game in which Hong Kong had a half-time lead before United turned the game on its head. That is just their second loss in their last ten matches.

They now face a Nepal side that, under the management of Matt Ross, are currently ranked 175th in the world according to FIFA. The so-called ‘Gorkhalis’ most recently suffered a 2-0 loss to Malaysia to kick off the third round of their 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualification campaign during the March international break.

These are two fairly average and underwhelming side so a low-scoring encounter is to be expected for this one in a low-quality affair, albeit Hong Kong are slight favourites with home advantage.

Hong Kong vs Nepal tip: Hong Kong to win & under 3.5 goals
