Hellas Verona head into this one on the back of a terrible first-half of the campaign as they welcome a steady Torino side to the Marcantonio Bentegodi this weekend.

Hellas Verona vs Torino prediction

Hellas Verona come into this one on the back of a 3-0 hammering at the hands of AC Milan after surprise back-to-back victories against Atalanta and then Fiorentina before Christmas. Paolo Zanetti’s side remain in the bottom three and the relegation places but they are sticking by the former Empoli boss.

They now face a Torino side that, once again, are often tedious to watch as they sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table with just 17 goals scored in their 17 games in Serie A. The visitors head into this one on the back of a very underwhelming 2-1 defeat to Cagliari in Piedmont last week.

These are two of the lowest scoring teams in Serie A and they both lack real quality and confidence and so a low-scoring encounter is to be expected for this one at Stadio Grande Torino.

Hellas Verona vs Torino tip: Under 2.5 goals
