Guatemala come into this one on the back of an entertaining 3-2 defeat to Jamaica in their most recent outing the other day. That means the Central Americans have now lost all five of their matches in 2026.
El Salvador eased to a comfortable 3-1 defeat of Martinique in their CONCACAF Nations League opener, with a brace from Brayan Gil and a Harold Osorio strike in the first half. That means they have won lost two, won three and drawn three of their last eight.
El Salvador head into this one in reasonable form and the same cannot be said for Guatemala but home advantage should still aid the Guatemalans here.
