Guatemala vs Dominican Republic prediction

After two games so far in the qualifying campaign, Guatemala have begun with back-to-back victories, scoring nine goals and not yet conceding ahead of this one. The Dominican Republic, on the other hand, have managed to record a win but also suffer a defeat, against Jamaica, to mean they sit behind both Guatemala and Jamaica by three points.

Guatemala come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw in an international friendly with El Salvador in their most recent outing, the other day. They have now suffered just two defeats in their last nine matches. They face a Dominican Republic side that most recently defeated Puerto Rico by two goals to nil in a friendly during the March international break.

Guatemala are expected to be challenging Jamaica in the final two games of Group E and, despite the Dominican Republic being in touch, that should be put to an end this weekend.
