Key stats

  • Grenada have won only two of their last 13 World Cup qualifying matches (D2 L9).

Grenada vs Bahamas prediction

The Grenada national football team, coached by former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Terry Connor, are currently ranked 174th in the world by FIFA. The so-called ‘Spice Boys’ head into this one on the back of a comfortable 2-0 defeat of Anguilla in an international friendly in their most recent outing at the weekend.

They now face a Bahamas side that are one of the weakest sides in North America, which is a confederation that is made up of quite weak international teams. They most recently suffered a 6-2 loss to Barbados in the CONCACAF Nations League back in October to mean that they have managed one win with one draw and 13 defeats in their last 15 matches.

Grenada are hardly a strong side, and their ranking shows that, but, with home advantage against such a poor side, siding with the Grenadians looks the way to go for this one.
