Georgia vs Faroe Islands prediction

Coached by former France international defender Willy Sagnol, the Georgian national side ensured that they avoided relegation from League B of the UEFA Nations League with a comprehensive 9-1 aggregate demolition of Armenia in March, defeating the Armenians 3-0 in Yerevan and then by six goals to one in the second-leg at home.

The Faroe Islands, on the other hand, began their European qualifying campaign for the 2026 FIFA World Cup with slender back-to-back defeats during the March international break. They were beaten 2-1 by Czechia in Prague before then being edged out by a goal to nil against Montenegro in Niksic.

Georgia will be able confident of building into their FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign with a victory here, but the Faroe Islands have proven themselves to be difficult to play against.

Georgia vs Faroe Islands tip: Georgia to win & under 3.5 goals
