Genoa vs Empoli Prediction

Patrick Vieira, known for trying to play an attractive and attacking style of football, has massively improved Genoa, helping them to climb into the middle-of-the-table, by making them extremely solid and improving their defensive performances. They were beaten 1-0 by Internazionale at San Siro last weekend. They face an Empoli side that have collapsed into the bottom three and the relegation places in Serie A after a horrible few months but the Florence-based club did pull off a major upset in midweek, defeating Juventus via a penalty shootout in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia in Turin. Despite that shock win, a low-scoring Genoa win would still appear the likeliest outcome for this one.

Genoa vs Empoli Tip: Genoa to win & under 3.5 goals
