Galatasaray vs Liverpool prediction

Turkish giants Galatasaray have started their Turkish Super Lig campaign very well again, sitting comfortably clear of Fenerbahce. Gala spent heavily over the summer transfer window, but they were woeful in their UEFA Champions League opener as they suffered a 5-1 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt a fortnight ago.

Despite their own major summer of spending, Liverpool have not been able to play at their very best this season, despite the fact the Reds have been snatching victories. That was the case in their opening game of this competition as they gave up a 2-0 lead against Atletico Madrid before snatching a 3-2 win with a late Virgil van Dijk winner.

Liverpool head to Istanbul trying to find some fluency and it will be a tough atmosphere for them to play in, but the Reds are the overwhelming favourites in Turkey.

Galatasaray vs Liverpool Tip: Liverpool to win & over 2.5 goals
