Fulham preview: Back on track

A Raul Jimenez double helped Fulham on their way to a 1-3 victory against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light last Sunday, in what was a welcome return to the win column after a run of three straight Premier League defeats.

The Cottagers have a decent record in this fixture in recent times, losing just one of their last six meetings with Spurs in all competitions.

Tottenham preview: Relegation not out of the question

Igor Tudor's first game in charge was a crushing 1-4 home defeat in the North London derby to Arsenal, leaving them nervously looking over their shoulder when it comes to the Premier League table.

It is now three straight league defeats for Spurs, and nine without a win, as fears grow among fans that they could indeed face the drop this season.

Fulham team news: Kevin blow

Kevin sustained a serious foot injury against Sunderland and is likely out for the season, with surgery expected to take place on Monday.

The returning Samuel Chukwueze could step into the left-wing position, with January signing Oscar Bobb - who replaced Kevin last week - another option available to Marco Silva.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Leno; Tete, Andersen, Bassey, Sesegnon; Berge, Iwobi; Wilson, Smith Rowe, Chukwueze; Jimenez

Unavailable: Kevin (Injured)

Questionable: Robinson (Fitness)

Tottenham team news: Danso and Porro back

Kevin Danso and Pedro Porro are available for this fixture having recovered from their respective injuries, and both could find themselves in the starting line-up due to the limited options available in the Spurs squad.

Cristian Romero serves the third of his four-game ban, while eight players remain out due to injury.

Predicted XI (3-4-1-2): Vicario; Danso, Dragusin, Van de Ven; Porro, Gallagher, Palhinha, Spence; Simons; Solanke, Kolo Muani

Unavailable: Romero (Suspended), Davies (Injured), Udogie (Injured), Bentancur (Injured), Bergvall (Injured), Maddison (Injured), Kudus (Injured), Kulusevski (Injured), Odobert (Injured)

Questionable:

Fulham vs Tottenham prediction

Even though he has only taken charge of one game, there are already serious questions being asked about Igor Tudor's appointment, and whether he is the right man to steer Tottenham away from danger.

There was little sign of a positive influence in his first game in charge - the bitter defeat to local rivals Arsenal - and he now takes his side to Craven Cottage to face a dangerous Fulham outfit.

Fulham have generally had the better of Tottenham in recent times, and it would be no surprise if this one followed suit.
