On the opening day of the campaign, after an extremely quiet summer transfer window, Rodrigo Muniz scored a Fulham equaliser deep into second-half stoppage-time against Brighton and Hove Albion, before Emile Smith Rowe then scored a late-ish equaliser against Manchester United at Craven Cottage to begin with back-to-back 1-1 draws.
They now face a Bristol City side that, coached by Gerhard Struber, have started the 2025/26 season well. They defeated Milton Keynes Dons in the first round of the EFL Cup, and they have started their Championship campaign with a victory and two defeats, most recently sharing a 1-1 draw with Derby County at Pride Park.
Bristol City will head to Craven Cottage with optimism in terms of their attacking capabilities, but Fulham have to remain favourites for this one at home.
